The main ingredients are carefully selected organic cashew nuts and organic almonds. Pineapples are in season in Okinawa from around May to July. We prepare two types of pineapples, peach pineapple and gold barrel, according to their season. Peach pineapple is in season around May, and gold barrel is in season around July. Peach pineapple has white flesh and a sweet fragrance reminiscent of peaches. On the other hand, gold barrel has bright yellow flesh that is soft all the way to the core, with little acidity and a rich sweetness.
