We prepare two types of pineapples, peach pineapple and gold barrel, according to their season. Peach pineapple is in season around May, and gold barrel is in season around July. Peach pineapple has white flesh and a sweet fragrance reminiscent of peaches. On the other hand, gold barrel has bright yellow flesh that is soft all the way to the core, with little acidity and a rich sweetness. Please enjoy the rich, sweet tropical aroma to your heart's content.

The organic almonds at l'été are unselected, native and ancient almonds, and are a very rare variety, with a monthly production of about 100 kg. The organic cashew nuts used are JAS-certified and are recognized as the best in terms of softness, richness, and sweetness.
