Raw chocolate mint tart

The appearance of the mint used for decoration may change when it is thawed. In that case, we would appreciate it if you could prepare fresh mint separately.

The organic almonds at l'été are unselected, native and ancient almonds, and are a very rare variety, with a monthly production of about 100 kg. The organic cashew nuts used are JAS-certified and are recognized as the best in terms of softness, richness, and sweetness.
